I was joined for my one mile interval workout on the east bench by one of my biochem students, it was great to have a faster person to push me. we ran 4 x 1mile with about 90 second recoveries on my one mile course by Lundstrom park. We played rabbit where I took a 20 second head start over my student and he still caught me, passed me, and beat me on each interval by 10 seconds. My splits were 6:01, 6:01, 6:08, and 5:59 while Thomas' were about 5:30 each.

Nice workout Scott! I wish I had a training partner in Fort. Not many people running 5-7 mile tempo workouts around my area.

Did you watch the Badger game? I think I'm going to puke! 2 late game losses to hail mary's.
