8x400 USU track w/200 recoveries with Carol Rowe and a new running partner we have at USU named Kristin. Carol pushed the pace hard after I went out on a slower first lap. 84, 82, 81, 81, 80, 80, 80, 80 seconds. good to have some fast training partners. nothing else exciting except I turned 50 today.

11 miles @7:43 pace. my lower calves were hurting which is troublesome so i think I will take a couple days off to let them recover. the PF is really bad. Carol showed me how to tape my foot for PF so hopefully that will help in the future. I think it is time to start incorporating a day or two of water running into my regime too.
