I have this incredible cough that keeps me up all night and won't relent. I went to the doctor and got some of the hard stuff cough medicine( with codeine) but that still hasn't helped. But he said I am fine except for the cold and cleared me to keep running. So I ran from south end of PW to Logan high and did 4x1600, 5:55-6:05 each on the track, hacking and coughing all the way around. Lots of fun. |
