What...no race this weekend? That's not like you lately ;) Or maybe you did and just haven't posted it yet.

Nan signed me up for the Bolder Boulder, I'm a couple waves back from you though. Which is where I'm sure I belong at this point.

Except that I think I nearly or possibly did break my foot yesterday by slamming it into a rock twice in the same spot, so I'm hoping its not broken and the swelling goes away this week so I can actually run the Bolder Boulder (not to mention the 50K I have planned the next weekend.)

Aaron, sorry about the foot. Ouch. Better get it looked at if it doesn't improve soon.

I used this weekend to carry out a huge yard project, hurting my back in the process. Heavy lifting is not good for me.

Looking forward to seeing you guys in two weeks!

It looks like it will probably be ok, the swelling is mostly gone today and its less sore. I'm pretty sure I just jammed it really hard...

Heavy lifting is not good for me either...hope its not too bad.

it hurts pretty bad but no worse than the usual post heavy lifting backpain. oh well. to add insult to injury I rolled the little steep dolley wheel on the front of my utility trailer I was using to haul dirt over my right foot as I was moving it. that hurt pretty good too. I hope my toes are OK. overall not a great day.

oh well. just flesh wounds I guess.
