ran in Provo while waiting for my daughter to pack her stuff and load it in my truck. went to BYU track where they were preparing for a track meet. no one kicked me off so I ran intervals: 4x200 (100 recovery), 4x400 (200 recovery), 4x200 (100 recovery). 37-39 for 200s, 76-80 for 400s. day 5 of the cold of the decade. it shows no sign of relenting. and I have decided emergenC is worthless when you have a real cold.
