I am thinking I am pushing too hard right after a half marathon? but I foolishly attempted intervals anyway. was planning 1200s on the track. ran one, then Neal showed up and I thought we were going to keep doing 1200s but he went 1600. So I did 3 1600s and then one 1200. But i had a really hard time and was totally wiped out. the strong wind didnt help. I never thought much about half marathon recovery but it probably isn't a bad idea? I may need to take tomorrow off or do the pool or something to recover 1 x 1200 4:23 3 x 1600 6:04, 6:04, 6:10 1 x 1200 4:32
