Cody, yeah, knock on wood, but I am taking it pretty conservative. tomorrow I am probably going back to the water!
I hope I am doing the water running right.
I don't think I can recover in time for Ogden but maybe I can drop down to the half if they will let me? I am shooting my sights on memorial day in Boulder. Maybe I can do some tempo runs with you guys to help me out?

Yeah, Ogden is probably too soon. The half would be lots better. Let me know when you are ok for some workouts. It looks like you are doing the water running right. Its simple, do whatever feels natural (as close to running as you can get). Yes, your turnover will be much slower. All that matters is effort.

Thanks Cody, I just transferred down to the half so it is not a total loss. should be good training for the BB. You should do the BB with me this year, you can be my pace setter, or just leave me in the dust (I assume you would do the latter). Looking forward to some speed work with you guys (speed work for me, easy running for you).

I want to run BB one day. Probably next year. I must limit my colorado races to one per year.
You should still fly in Ogden. Pretty sweet 1/2 course. I want to do that too someday.
